* calc/calc-forms.el (math-std-daylight-savings): Switch to new
North American rule.

* woman.el (woman-change-fonts): Tweak previous change by using
woman-request-regexp rather than "^\\.".

* startup.el (command-line-1): Make insertion of
initial-scratch-message not depend on scratch being selected.
